East Bank <br />South Bend Development, LLC has fully completed the improvements on the Property in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Contract. <br />This Certificate is issued as of this 24th day of April, 2012, and is evidence of satisfaction of the <br />provisions and covenants of the Contract with respect to the obligation of East Bank South Bend <br />Development, LLC to construct the improvements according to the terms and conditions of that <br />Contract. <br />All other terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />L- <br />D'Uald-E.
