RETURN TO: <br />412 co <br />SOUTH BEND DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />1200 COUNTY -CITY BUILDING <br />SOUTH BEND, IN 46601 <br />AUDITOR'S RECORD <br />TRANSFER NO. <br />TAXING UNIT_ <br />DATE <br />KEY NO. 018 -5003 -0058 <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />(Private Development) <br />The City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Commission) hereby certifies that on October 15, <br />2010, by Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development (Contract), recorded as Document <br />No. 1100373 on January 04, 2011, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />fee title in and to the real estate situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana <br />and described at Exhibit "A," hereto, was by Warranty Deed (Deed), recorded as Document No. <br />1100372 on January 04, 2011, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />conveyed to East Bank South Bend Development, LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, <br />all pursuant to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and provisions of said Contract. East Bank <br />South Bend Development, LLC has fully completed the improvements on the Property in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Contract. <br />This Certificate is issued as of this 24th day of April, 2012, and is evidence of satisfaction of the <br />provisions and covenants of the Contract with respect to the obligation of East Bank South Bend <br />Development, LLC to construct the improvements according to the terms and conditions of that <br />Contract. <br />All other terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />L- <br />D'Uald-E.
