Those <br />contracts were for approximately six months, ending on March 18, 2012. During that <br />period, three of the five houses have been sold, and one has a pending offer. <br />Attached are extensions of these Listing Contracts for the remaining two properties, 609 & <br />620 Columbia Street. These extensions are for six months, ending September 18, 2012. <br />Staff requests approval of these two extensions with Hallmark Real Estate, so they may <br />continue to market these properties. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
