365' Board met in special session at 11D: 20 A.M. All members present: Mr. Jones representing the Harter Realty Company appeared before the Board in regard to the dedication of plat'.. The Board retuined dedicat ion to Mr. Janes to have same revised. Deferred hearing had on assessment roll and filial estimate for sewer connections on Mishawaka Avenue and 'Eddy Street from Jefferson' Blvd. to Nineteetbk Street, under Improvement Resolution Noe 430. Inthe City of South Bead, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and remonstrance filed January 2nd. 1917 over -ruled. The. Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll f iled December 12th. ,'19117 'is benef itted in the 'amount off' assessments as shown m said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed to r' 2th. ,1916 ; and the -f is al estimate allowed December 12th. ,1916 shauad be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.. ° Eagineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Asphalt pavement on Michigan Street from La Salle Avenue to South Street, under Improvement Resolution No.- 415. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts ,of ,assessments be published for s ix consecutive days in the South .Beni Daily _Tribune, commencing: on the 29th., day of January 1917, statingthat this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assess- ments at its office is the City Hall on the 6th. day of February 1917 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted_ and approved and thefival,est.imate thereon allowed and a copy of this resolution shall be pub 1 is hed, on the 29th . dsy of January 1917 in the South Bead Daily Tribune, s tat ing that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of sub.hwork at its off ice in the City Hall -on the 6th. day of February 1917 at 7:45 P. lit.
