"I am confident in their ability to clear major thoroughfares as <br /> the snow starts coming down later today." <br /> A Winter Storm Warning has been issued from Thursday, January 12, at 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. <br /> to Friday, January 13 at 7:00 p.m. The projections of snowfall have ranged from 4-12 <br /> inches with high winds that could cause drifting. <br /> "In addition to the neighborhoods throughout the city, we want to make sure the areas <br /> around our schools and businesses are cleared and safe," Buttigieg said. <br /> Buttigieg has been in regular communication with the Street Department to address the <br /> lake-effect snow coming to South Bend.
