Ry. and fir. Ballard stated he would be <br />willing to rodraw*auit' if agreeable to the le al department. <br />After due consideration the Board. decidedto refer this <br />franchise to City Attorney Slick -.:to redraft and present to the Board at a <br />future date, no date set for further consideration of the same. <br />Mr. Dennis and Mr. McGregor Rook up the matter of permit <br />for re -wiring of Avenue hotel and the Boar decied to grant some kind of <br />permitSaturdayat L0 A.M. <br />J <br />Pros ident. <br />
