The ARB consists of <br />five members with four members appointed by the Commission and one by the Common Council. <br />The four Commission appointees are: <br />1. Director of Ignition Park <br />2. Executive Director of Community & Economic Development <br />3. Two (2) citizen members <br />The attached Resolution No. 3002 reappoints the two citizen members that Commission appointed <br />last year for a term of 1 year. The members are Gary Gilot, former Director of Public Works for the <br />City of South Bend and Doug Marsh, Vice President and University Architect for the University of <br />Notre Dame du Lac. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3002. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
