655 <br />Tuesday January Rqth., 1923. <br />Board met in regular session at 9 :00 A.M. All members present. <br />Mrs. Reading appeared before the Beard and took up the matter <br />of petition filed for grade combined curb and walk on Elder& Court from Lincoln Way East <br />to end of Court., Resolution ordered. <br />Re;resentative of the Dayton Safety Ladder Co. -appeared before the <br />Board and requested permission to place a ladder free of charge in -the City Hall for <br />inspection. The Board agreed to see if any ladders were needed in the City Hall. <br />Property owners residing'on North O'Brien Street appeared <br />before the Board andpresented .petition to have north O'brien Street, opened through to, <br />Elwood Avenue. Resolution ordered on sames Also lights. which was referred'to <br />Inspector. <br />Messrs. Voight and Bradford.appeared before the Board and presented <br />tentative plat ;Aif tract of ground on Oakland Street ,between Mishawaka. Avenue and St. <br />Joseph River.
