Washington transfer to the Board of Public Works <br />Date: November 22, 2011 <br />On October 25, 2011, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2948, approving the <br />acquisition of 803 W. Washington, contingent of the approval on November 9 by Indiana <br />Landmark's Executive Committee, accepting the transfer of this property. This approval <br />was granted, and the property has since been acquired. <br />To facilitate the transfer to Indiana Landmarks, the attached resolution transfers the <br />property to the Board of Public Works, which will in turn transfer and deed the property to <br />Indiana Landmarks. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2960, to transfer this property from the <br />Commission to the Board of Public Works. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
