There are three total acquisitions (two residential and one <br />commercial), several partial, permanent and temporary acquisitions associated with this project. <br />The budget estimate for all of the acquisitions is $1,225,000 but staff is requesting approval of a <br />budget amount of only $1,000,000 and will use this as a base budget. When the budget needs to <br />be amended based on the acquisition process, staff will present an update and a supplemental <br />budget request. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 2954 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />Main - Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #4. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
