Also attached to this proposal was an <br />estimate of construction costs for Phase 1A in the amount of $2,774,663.00. <br />Just prior to the July 26, 2011 Commission meeting, the scope of services was revised to include <br />design work for Cotter St, extending it to the circular drive. This revision did not change the design <br />service fee or the construction estimate amount. Unfortunately, an older version of the scope of <br />work and estimate were included in the Commission packet. <br />The revised scope and estimate are attached with this memo. Staff requests Commission approval <br />to update the scope and construction estimate in the BSA proposal approved on July 26, 2011. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
