Wayne St. the HVAC unit in the kitchen became inoperable. <br />After inspection of the unit and consideration of the age (20+ years), the decision was made to replace the <br />HVAC unit. <br />In compliance with the City's purchasing requirements, the following three quotes were obtained: <br />Ideal Consolidated, Inc - $13,250.00 <br />Pritchard Mechanical Contractors, Inc. - $14,898.76 <br />Dynamic Mechanical Services - $24,725.00 <br />Please approve the recommendation to hire Ideal Consolidated to complete the project. <br />H: \WPDATA corcect memo.doc <br />
