The transfers are as follows: 921 North Bendix, Tract I — Purchased from Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be transferred to Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of South Bend non - profit partnership and used for the senior housing project 921 North Bendix, Tract II — Purchased from Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be transferred to Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as a city street (Library Drive) 921 North Bendix, Tract III — Donated by Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be transferred to Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as a city street (Bonds Avenue extension) 1007 North Bendix, Tract IV — Purchased from Alex Salameh; to be transferred to Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of South Bend non- profit partnership and used for the senior housing project 1007 North Bendix, Tract V — Purchased from Alex Salameh; to be transferred to Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as a city street (Bonds Avenue extension) 1018 North Bendix, Tract VI — Owned by the Redevelopment Commission; a portion to be transferred to Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of South Bend non - profit partnership and used for the senior housing project Staff requests Commission approval of Resolution No. 2938.
