DO � (Z) <br />To Redevelopment Commission <br />From Geri Hathaway, Ignition Park Director <br />Subject Ignition Park Infrastructure - Phase 1A <br />BSA LifeStructures - Phase 1A Site Design Proposal <br />Addendum to The Master Agency Agreement <br />Date July 26, 2011 <br />Infrastructure must be put in place at Ignition Park to support development. The <br />initial phase is referenced as 1A and provides the continuation of Stull Street from <br />the east, Cotter Street from the west, the connecting circle based on the Master Plan <br />and the extension from that circle to develop Scott Street north of the existing rail <br />tracks. <br />Committing to this Phase 1A Infrastructure Project will allow this Commission to <br />sell land along these roads to developers or future owner / occupants, such as Data <br />Realty, from whom there is a Contract For Purchase & Sale that shall follow this <br />request. <br />This Phase 1A Infrastructure is estimated to cost $2,775,000 and the BSA <br />LifeStructure's design fee to create the Site Documents is for $128,000. It is <br />imperative that Ignition Park be ready to do business and this request, if approved, <br />will allow that to happen. <br />Economic Development asks for your approval of this project in the amount of <br />$3,000,000. <br />
