These structures are at 601 — 605 W. Washington and 109 <br />— 111 N. Taylor. <br />In addition, 601 — 605 W. Washington was a gas station in the 1930's — 1940's. It is <br />recommended that Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) be used to ensure no underground <br />storage tanks remain, though it is expected they do not. <br />The cost to do these inspections is as follows: <br />109 — 111 N. Taylor: <br />$800, asbestos inspection <br />601 — 605 W. Washington: <br />$800, asbestos inspection <br />$700, GPR <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreements with Wightman Petrie, in <br />a not -to- exceed amount of $2,300, to allow the asbestos inspection reports and GPR to be <br />completed. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
