These two properties were acquired on June 29, 2011, and are being <br />demolished in preparation of making this site acceptable for an historic house move or new <br />in -fill housing. <br />It is estimated that the total cost of this project will be $75,000, which includes asbestos <br />abatement prior to demolition, and demolition and property clearance. <br />Staff requests your approval of this project, in a not -to- exceed amount of $75,000. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
