The Troyer Group will <br />design new facades for each of these structures for consideration by the Hospital and <br />Department. <br />The professional services agreement is currently being drafted, and will be sent in a <br />separate email. The cost of the agreement is to be $14,000. <br />Attached is a map of work currently being done in the Medical TIF, and work that will be <br />proposed in the near future. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement, in a not to exceed amount <br />of $14,000. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
