After reviewing where best to locate within Ignition Park, it was <br />determined that a location west'of Transpo would be more appropriate than a site north of <br />Transpo. <br />This new location will place Data Realty near the electrical substation that will power the <br />Park, and also closer to Transpo for energy efficiency sharing. <br />The cost of the ALTA survey is $2,650 to $2,850. The cost of the Topographic survey is <br />$2,900 to $3,550, with additional costs if any revisions are requested. The cost of the Minor <br />Subdivision is $4,175. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached ALTA and Topographic survey, and Minor <br />Subdivision professional services agreements, in a not to exceed amount of $11,000. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
