� (z� <br />To: Redevelopment Commission <br />From: Staff — Debrah Jennings, Property Manager <br />Subject: Request for Appraisals <br />Date: April 26, 2011 <br />The Redevelopment Commission is the owner of twelve (12) properties leased to the Housing <br />Development Corporation (HDC). <br />HDC decided to dissolve its rental program in 2009, and has sold the majority of their properties. <br />Redevelopment Commission is the owner of some of the remaining properties. <br />Appraisals are need as part of the disposition process; therefore, we are requesting to obtain two <br />appraisals for the following properties not to exceed $750.00 per property. <br />310,611, 613 and 701 E.
