"Company, to J replace one guy stub in the northeast ci o'rner of Colfax and Emerick' and replace an anchor about 120 ft. east of this stub on the north side of Colfax Avenue. Permission was gr'iLnted the` Central Union Telephone Company to set one pole on the west side of alley between Main -and Michigan Streets north of Eckman, also to remove the pole at the corner of the alley and'Eekman Street to t o west about four ft first alley west .ofMichigan St,. on Eckman St. The followingletter was approved by the Board and sent to the City Controller, Mr. U. Christman f Company for the removing, repairing of 'sheds due to putting in the Bowman Creek Trunk ,sewer be paid out of Miseellanengs Fund. The same being the sum of Two hundred and thirty seven Dollars anr3 ten cents ( 23- 10) Bond and contract for the construction of the Nineteenth Street f pipe sewer from Mishawaka Avenue to St. Joseph River, under Improvement Resolution No. 360. signed by Staples 'and Ackerman as principal and 'American Surety Company of New York as pureliesp 'was approved by the Board.
