JGO. <br />Tuesday January 5th.,1915. <br />Board met in special session at 5:00 P.M. All members present - <br />The The matter of making assessments on the Bolxnan Creek -Trunk sewer was <br />discussed by the Board. <br />N <br />Tuesday January 5th.1915. <br />President. <br />Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. <br />. IVIr. S. L. Sheets, of the Stewart -Sheets Co. Contractors on the <br />J Bovman Creew Trunk serer was present before the Board and the Bowman Creek Trunk <br />sewer was discussed . <br />The Board decided to discontinue the use of the old court house <br />JClock, and ordered the Clerk to notify Mr. Frank C. Toepp of the same. <br />The Board ordered the Clerk to notify the Central Union Telephone <br />J Company to remove Bell telephone No. 712 now located in the Captain of Police room <br />in the City Hall. The reason for the same is that this telephone is seldom used. <br />A contract was received from the OliverHotel Company asking for the <br />right to enter into and upon -certain streets, alleys, bridges and public places of <br />said City and therein to construct, lay, operate and maintain pipes, mains, to- <br />gether with all necessary branches and cut-offs, man -holes, appliances, appurtenances <br />and other utitlities for the purpose of furnishing and conveying steam for heating <br />and other purposes, from the Olive Hotel Compa -iy ' s properties to the power house of <br />the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company. The same was read by the Board and placed <br />on file. <br />The Board approved of a bill for one Snaw Walker cabinet file for <br />J the sum of twenty five ($25.00) Dollars from L. S. Kent and placed in the office of th <br />The Board of Public Works. <br />President. <br />
