Oliver Plow Partners, L.P. plans to construct a 40,800 s.f. building (of which <br />5,500 s.f. is office and showroom) at a cost of $1,750,000. Its tenant will be ABC Supply <br />Company. <br />As presented by Bob Mathia at a previous Commission meeting, the project will retain 10 <br />existing jobs and one part-time job with a total annual payroll of $419,958 while adding two <br />more positions totaling $65,000 per year. <br />The proposed bid is for $22,000 for a 4.39 acre portion of Oliver Industrial Park Lot #8 (7.84 <br />acres). This lot borders the west side of Chapin Street at the entrance of the park. Staff <br />continues to work closely with Holladay Properties to develop a fagade and building design <br />that is consistent with the guidelines set forth for the park and surrounding area. <br />Staff seeks approval to prepare a Contract for Sale for approval by the Commission based <br />upon the information provided in the proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
