Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana: <br /> Dear Mr. Relos: <br /> I have reviewed the information you supplied for the proposed Data Realty property in <br /> the 1100 Block of South Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana, which will contain <br /> approximately 4.94 acres of ground. We would prepare a topographic survey to be used <br /> at a later date for the preparation of engineering plans for the proposed Data Realty <br /> facility. The topographic survey would be tied to the 1929 Datum. The survey would <br /> cover the entire 4.94-acre site as well as a 25 ft. overlap onto adjacent properties to allow <br /> for a transition area for any required site grading. We will provide the City with an <br /> AutoCAD version of the topographic survey. <br /> The cost for the preparation of the Topographic Survey for this site would be in the <br /> range of$ 2,300 to $ 2,550. <br /> With project approval by February 25th, we could have crew on site within 3-5 <br /> working days or less with permitting weather conditions, to begin the required fieldwork. <br /> The drawing would be sent by the week of March 7th, if not before.
