Over the years, these properties have been donated
to, or acquired in some manner by, the Board of Public Works
Acceptance of these properties will allow for common ownership of all properties in this
area, as properties are acquired by the Commission for the southern expansion of Ignition
Park.
Once enough properties in this area are acquired by the Commission, they will become part
of the Ignition Park PUD, and formally become a part of Ignition Park.
Upon approval of this resolution, deeds will be prepared so formal transfer from the Board
of Public Works to the Commission can occur.
Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2854 to allow the acceptance of these properties
from the Board of Public Works, and deeds issued to the Commission.

What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
