One bid in the amount of$1,000.00 and another in the <br /> amount of$675.00. <br />� Staff has selected Morris & Sons Roofing, Inc. to repair the roof at a cost of$675.00. <br />� The flooding also caused excessive damage to the carpet in the Ballroom and had to be removed. <br /> i <br />� CB Richard Ellis maintenance crew removed the damaged carpet at a cost of$1,370.00. � <br /> � <br /> i �. <br />� All water has been removed from the floor, and the floor is drying out.
