<br /> for Fire ��paratus was aevarded to R. R. Kuehn Company, South Bend,
<br /> Indiana, as follo�rrs:
<br /> Al1 �greements are contingent upon delays resultin� from strices,
<br /> aceidents , fires, commandering of plant or other demands of the
<br /> United �tates ^overnment, delays in transportation and all other
<br /> causes beyond the control of the RICH3RD R. KU�HN CO�.TPANY.

<br /> �vorkin� days after receipt and approval of this contract , duly
<br /> executed, or as soon thereafter as is consistent r��ith good workman-
<br /> ship and proper paintin;;, suhjeet to delays resulting from any
<br /> ' causes beyond our eontrol.

<br /> �11 contracts are taken subject to the written acceptance of
<br /> the party of the first part by its duly a�athorized officers. �1t
<br /> the rea,uest� of the party of the first part, a written opinion of
<br /> the attorney for the political subdivision, as to the po��rer
<br /> of that political subdivision to make this contract , will be
