J.Hugh O'Donnell`C.S.0 prefect of discip <br />line at the University of Notre Dame stateing that the University were <br />establishing a Police Bureau, and re nested that Chief Hatt empower their <br />appointed members as special JMW Ir police, offioers to act , in that ca.p- <br />isity for the University of Notre Dame, and that their Bureau be coi3neet <br />�, ed by phone with our Police Signal System. , <br />dot i on prevailed that,Rev.
