The regular meeting of the.Board of,Pub.lic Safety was held in the Boards <br />Office <br />Monday January 36th,,_ 1,928 <br />Meeting was called to order at 4:10 P.M. <br />Mr. Reeder was not present. <br />Minutes of the la,st regular meeting were read and approved. <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Fire Dept. bills were approved and.ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the applications of Edward J. Reyteh and Stanley J.3 <br />Brosk be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPT. <br />Electrical Dept. bill's were approved and ordered paid. <br />I <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Quallis for the prooed- <br />ing week be a-proved and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPT* OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns for the <br />proveeding week be approved and ordered placed on file. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the application of Joseph DeWolf be accepted and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prevailed that Supt. Qualls of the Electrical Dept. be ordered <br />to erect a red flasher signal on River Side Drive at the termination <br />of Golden Ave. <br />Motion prevailed that the resignation of Officer Fred Whitsell as of <br />January 24th., 1928 be accepted. <br />Chief Hatt in a written comunic,9tion requested that the Board give <br />orders to purchase two additional motorcycles, and side cars for the <br />Police Dept. <br />Motion prevailed that the two additional motorcycles and side cars be <br />purchased as soon as possibH. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:45 P.M. <br />Attest. <br />.Clerk, .71�6ard of Public Safety <br />V <br />Pres!rdqg'U, Bo <br />/�(rd of'Fu-blic' Sa:rety <br />
