REGULAR MEETING <br />regular weekly meet ' ing of the Board of Public Safety was held on <br />e 29 1934 at 2:00 P. M. All members present. <br />motion by Mr. Trost, seconded by Mr. Gadacz with an objection by Mr. <br />Sorley the minutes were approved as read. <br />B�lls bearing the following requisition numbers were approved: <br />0 386 07391 02743 06962 06963 09192 09203 07205 07342 06741 09225 07343 <br />0 3S4 07382 07329 07375 07325 07334 07364 07354 07322 07359 07368 07353 <br />0 347 06978 07385 06956 <br />so the following claims: <br />C L. Millhouse $50.00 and South Band.Clean Towel Service $1.00, a total <br />01 all bills of 0354.10. <br />hL IJE.VAk(T!IPUNT: <br />re Chief, Roy A. Knoblock, present and the activities of his department <br />scussed. <br />The Clerk was instructed to-,advertise for coal bids on 270 tons of coal <br />more or less. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTIAENT: <br />'Superintendent, rhIm. F. Qualls, present and the activities of his depart- <br />m nt discussed. <br />A petition for traffic light at WalntLt and Lincoln VIay West presented and <br />C i <br />] 'erk instructed to notify petitioners that it will be impossible to <br />erect such traffic signal at present due to the very limited appropriation <br />remaining in the &lectrical department for such an installation. <br />POLICE DEPARTIENT: <br />Acting Chief, Horace M. Hamilton,, present and the aftivities of his <br />department discussed. <br />Orn motion by Mr. Gadacz,, seconded by �W. Trost, it was decided that <br />p <br />toper signature be obtained on requisition number 07357 given to the <br />S <br />herman Schaus Freeman Co. <br />On motion by Mr. Trost, seconded by I-Jr. Gadacz, it was decided that this <br />B)ard petition the Common Council to permit it to dispose of motorcycles <br />n at present in use. <br />A?Plication of Don III.
