Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br /> Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the construction of <br /> a mixed use building, located at 320 East Colfax Avenue, South Bend. <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the <br /> construction (Phase I) is estimated at $19,350,000 over a two year period.
