2 0 8 <br />March 1, 1926. Meeting held in the offices of the Board of <br />Safety all members being present. <br />Requisitions for the Fire Dept. were approved and bills <br />ordered pad. Motion prevailed to take up the matter of the purchase <br />- <br />of fire hose at a later date, <br />the appointment of George Frumader as a member of the Firs <br />"- <br />Dept, was approved and he was..instrtzcted to report to the Fire <br />Chief for duty March 2, 1926 and be assigned" to truck No, 3. It was <br />reported that he. 'had been .approved. for .the pension fund and had <br />;. <br />passed tie required examinations for game, r <br /> F <br />�: <br />The report of the Electrical Dept, for the week was ordered - <br />plaodd on file, Requisitions 'Nes 00739 to 00748 were approved <br />and bills ordered paid, <br />The report of the Weights and Measures Dept,. was accepted <br />and ordered placed .on file, <br />Motion prevailed to accept the resignition of James Cutting <br />a, member of the Police Dept, Mr, Cutting receiving the plaudits of the <br />members of the board for his gears of failltftl. service, <br />Charges, - filed against officer Waclaw Chrobot were attached <br />to these minutes as well as a communication from the officer. <br />- <br />On motion. of Mr, Reeder As follows; " The letter indicates the <br />good spirit of the officer, but men in command must be. backed up by <br />° <br />this board to the last straw. This officer apparently has had a good <br />"+ <br />record in the past, but there is evidence substantiating the stataent�_ <br />of Capt. Hamilton, I move that.his pay be suspended for two weeks and <br />that he be re uired.to work during this <br />Q g period.. Motion was . <br />seconded by.
