JAN. 231;926 Special . Meeting made on' call of Mayor Montgomery. <br />All members of the board present at 2 p.m. Mayor Montgomer, <br />Chief of police Hatt and. Asst. Chief Hamilton with present <br />four Captains. Mayor Montgomery explained. what was expected <br />of the Captains in the strict enforcement of the law and in <br />governing of the department, Following the talk of the iayor <br />Mr. Reed.etpy read "`notes on the proposed new rulebook for the <br />department the notes were approved and on motion were ordered <br />( prepared for the men within a week. Walters fro*: <br />Central to No. 5 company. - <br />T ition prevailed to place on file report of Electtical ti$ <br />Dept. and the following requisitions were.approved Nos. 00719 to 11721 <br />inclusive. <br />Weights and Measures Dept Requisition No. 1 approved. <br />Requisitions for the Police Dept, were allowed from No >s.2483 ; <br />to 2517 inclusive. <br />Bills for salaries and other items from Vouchers No.l -to <br />41 were approved and ordered.paid. Fire Department bills ;from l to j <br />7 were approved and ordered paid. <br />Applications for the following. men were accepted the <br />fire department and- ordered placed on file: Aloysius Pejza,Lloyd A• :a <br />Robinson,Peter Fabian, C*A. Hoglund.
