TYL, aAlllm6mb0r$ being pretent. <br />minutes of previous meeting Were read and approved-. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT: - BILLS PRESENTED AND 4LL0'NED. <br />Vouchers numbered 647 to,669 and number 674 were allowed. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT: <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND -3.LI,O��ED. <br />`Vouchers numbered 1264 -- 1.268- 1270A.1270B to 1275 were allowed. <br />REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED. <br />177- Hardware Supplies. 186 -- Repairs for Ford Truck, <br />Supt: QAalls,.presented weekly report for.the weekending <br />March 20ti. <br />Motion prevailed that the Gamewell Fire Alarm Tel.. Co.', be <br />authoritized to enter our order for extras for,the Fire,Alarm system <br />to the smount,of Seventy three hundred three hundred and three <br />dollard and fifty cents ($7,303.50) Extras for the Police Signal <br />s stem for the anount of Forty niao hundred and eighty dollars, <br />( 4,980.00) as per specifications on file. t.otalmamount of order <br />which was signed was Twelve, thousand two hundred eighty three <br />dollars and thirty `eents,( *2,283.30) the above amounts were omitted <br />In the orignal contract. <br />Motion prevailed. that the Board of Public Works, be petitioned <br />to have a phone installed in Supt. Qualls, office in-the Police & <br />Fire Alarm Bldg., <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT;- <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND ALLO1?UED. <br />Vouchers. numbered 1265-- -1276 & 1277 were allowed. <br />Reed I. Hawthorne presented weeky report for the week ending <br />March. 21st. 1924. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT : - REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED. <br />Numbers 1365 to 1374 inclusive were an'Oroved. <br />BILLS PRESENTED AND ALLOWTEU, <br />Vouchers numbered 1258 -1216 -1261 to 1310 inclusive were allowed. <br />Motion prevailed that officer Chester Pe #fley,,be appointed <br />Sergi. of the Mounted Squad. <br />Motion prevailed that the Board of Public Works,`be petitioned <br />to have an extension -phone in the detective derartment on Phone <br />number Maine No, 878. <br />The Board approved they purchase 06 four (4) horses made by <br />Chief lanes atthe Horse Sale in Chicago, at a cost of Eight hundred <br />and Fifty five dollars , ( 80855.00 ) <br />Motion prevailed to adjourn:- <br />4TTEST; PRESIDENT OF THE SOARD. <br />CLERK -OF THE BOARD, <br />Friday march 28th. 1924. Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending <br />March. 28th. 1924. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT:- - <br />Motion prevailed that the resigination of Jodeph, 3. Kolo, <br />as a member Po the Police Department was accepted same taking effect <br />March. 26th. 1924. <br />Motion prevailed that Supt.
