Two of <br />these properties are now up for sale at the St. Joseph County Commissioner's Feb 24, <br />2011 tax sale. Staff believes purchasing these properties from the tax sale will allow for <br />lower costs in the acquisition process. <br />Both properties have had a value assessment made by two appraisers. The combined <br />average value for both properties is $33,300. <br />Since these properties are already on the Area's acquisition list, staff requests approval of <br />Resolution No. 2840, to take the necessary steps to register and bid on these parcels, in a <br />not to exceed amount of $33,300. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
