Attached to the Addendum is a copy of the professional services proposal for Supplement #1 from Lawson-Fisher Associates P.C. to provide right of way acquisition services for the development of the connector roadway. In August 2010, the Redevelopment Commission and the Board of Public Works approved the Resolution 2838 and the Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement for the construction and design elements of the project. A copy of the roadway map is attached for review. The next step with this project, and the purpose of this amendment, is to being the right-of-way acquisition process for the roadway project. The project affects a total of 33 parcels and will likely result in temporary, partial and total acquisitions . The amount of each of those three types of acquisitions will depend on final design plans. The next step in the process for this project is to complete construction drawings and right-of-way plans to assist in right-of-way acquisition and design.
