Toothaker <br />Gladys Muhammad <br />Subject: Appreciation for Temporary Use Agreement <br />Dear Ms. Jones, <br />As we conclude the Exterior Improvements to our properties at 425 and 501 <br />Alonzo Watson Drive, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and the <br />Commission for the Temporary Use Agreement for the use of the Shillings <br />Camera Building located at 325-329 Lafayette, South Bend, 46601. <br />The Use Agreement helped make reduce the transit between the work site and <br />warehouse for our contractor and thus helped ensure a successful completion <br />of our projects. As you may have noticed, we have been able to completely <br />update the look of both our High Rise Buildings and hope you agree with us <br />that this also adds to the betterment of the area in general. <br />Sincere appreciation is also expressed for the professional and friendly work <br />of Bill Shallio and Debra Jennings who both made our contractors feel <br />comfortable at all times. We are pleased to have been able to work with the <br />Commission to help make South Bend a more attractive place.
