No. 2839 -Interim Architectural Review Board <br />Date: January 21, 2011 <br />This is the staff report for the appointment of an Interim Architectural Review Board (ARB) <br />for Ignition Park. According to the Ignition Park PUD, the ARB is charged with the review <br />and approval of land uses and development within Ignition Park. <br />The agenda item which follows this Resolution is a Professional Services Agreement that in <br />part will create a permanent ARB. To allow the flexibility to deal with potential developers in <br />the near term, staff feels an Interim ARB should be named. Section 5(c) of the PUD lists <br />the items needing ARB review (land uses; site, landscape, building, and sign plans; etc). <br />Members of the Interim ARB are: Jeff Gibney (Executive Director of Community & <br />Economic Development), Geri Hathaway (Director of Ignition Park), Gary Gilot (Director of <br />Public Works), an as yet determined representative by the Common Council, and a fifth <br />member as yet to be determined. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2839, which establishes the Interim ARB and its <br />to date three named members. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
