SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Common Council has not <br />made its 201 1 appointments to the Commission. <br />The Mayor has reappointed Ms. Nancy King, Mr. <br />Gregory Downes, Mr. Donald Alford, Sr., and Ms. <br />Stephanie Spivey to serve in 2011. Mr. John <br />Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of <br />office to the Mayoral Appointees ,all of whom <br />were present at the meeting. <br />Since Commissioners serve until they resign or a <br />new Commissioner is named to replace them, Ms. <br />Jones and Mr. Varner will continue to serve until <br />the Common Council makes its appointments. <br />SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS BY JOHN <br />VOORDE, CITY CLERK <br />
