Attached to the Addendum is a copy of the <br />professional services proposal from Christopher B. Burke Engineering to provide demolition <br />services related to 4215 S Main Street. <br />The Commission acquired 4215 S Main earlier this fall and the property owner has moved from the <br />site. So as not to have to maintain a structure during the winter, demolition of the house and <br />adjacent garage are necessary as soon as possible. The demolition specifications will allow for the <br />site to be properly cleared for use as part of the Main-Lafayette Connector project proposed for <br />construction in the next couple of years. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 2802 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />4215 SMain -Demolition Planning Project. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
