Michigan St. <br />Date: December 3, 2010 <br />Staff Update: <br />On October l 5, 2010 Redevelopment Commission approved the work to repair the LaSalle Hotel <br />roof not to exceed $6,000. <br />Staff provided one quote. In an effort to make sure the lowest quote is received for the work needed, <br />Redevelopment Commission requested staff obtain two (2) more quotes. <br />Staff has obtained two additional quotes, please find a listing of the following. <br />KRC Roofing, South Bend, IN: $9,900.00 <br />City Roofing, Elkhart, IN: $5,500.00 <br />Horns & Sons Roofing: Bourbon, IN: $2,170.00 <br />Horns & Sons is the lowest quote, and they have assured staff that they have quoted the price for all <br />the repair work requested. <br />Due to the weather, work will commence immediately. <br />II: WPDATA correct memo.doc <br />
