The purpose of this agreement is to set in place <br />the necessary funding that the Redevelopment Commission will be committing to the Coveleski <br />project and to allow the Board of Public Works to manage the funds to let contractors related to the <br />project. A list of project elements and projected costs is included as Exhibit A of the Addendum <br />document. It is anticipated that those improvements will cost up to the commitment cap. The entire <br />scope of the Coveleski Stadium Improvements — Phase 2 project is budgeted at $9.5 million dollars. <br />Staff requests Commission approval of Resolution 2796. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
