The scope of the park improvements include the Oliver <br />Plow Memorial, the pedestrian trail, and park entry signage. <br />On September 11th, the Board of Public Works opened the bids for the project. A copy of the bid tab <br />matrix is attached for review. Upon approval of Resolution 2790 and the Addendum, staff will <br />request the Board to award the following scope elements to the following vendors: <br />• LL Geans Construction $414,826.25 <br />• Fuerbringer Landscaping $74,882.00 <br />The total scope of the project is $489,708.25. Work will start on the project yet this fall but it is <br />anticipated that final completion will occur in late spring or early summer. The project will be <br />complete and a formal dedication ceremony will occur upon the completion and installation of the <br />sculptural elements being developed by Tuck Langland. <br />Staff appreciates Commission and Board support of this project and respectfully requests approval <br />of the resolution and addendum. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
