Staff has taken
many potential users through the site and instead of tearing down the building and clearing
the site, staff has requested a proposal to determine a value to clean the site and the
interior of the building, strip the roof and siding from the building, and re-side and re-roof the
building. The value determined in this report would be compared to the demolition value of
the site that will be received on September 13th when the Board of Public Works opens
demolition proposal for the site. Once both values are received, staff can make a better
educated decision about what to do with the site.
The proposal is in the amount of $2,000.00 and staff requests approval of this proposal.
What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
