The <br />purpose of the proposal is to study traffic patterns at and around the intersection and to <br />make determinations if the lane restrictions made on South Michigan Street can be modified <br />to provide safer access to Norman Street. Improved access to Norman Street would help <br />Culver's Restaurant currently located at the intersection as well as improve the <br />developability of the land to the north of Norman Street. <br />The proposal is a not to exceed amount of $2,500.00.
