The subject parcel was added to the Airport <br />Economic Development Area Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2668 on May 21, 2010. <br />The proposed acquisition property is located on Maplewood Drive north of Commerce Drive <br />extended and the parcel is vacant. The Commission owns several other properties in this <br />area and this property would be adjacent to those parcels. The property, merged with the <br />other adjacent parcels, would be used for industrial use as part of the upgrade of the <br />industrial park area. <br />The staff obtained two independent appraisals for the property and the average of the two is <br />Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty ($16,350.00) Dollars. If approved by the <br />Redevelopment Commission, a purchase offer will be sent to the property at the amount the <br />aforementioned amount. <br />Staff requests approval of this resolution. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
