This Master Agency Agreement will allow for the preparation of bid specs and <br />project oversight for the demolition of the last two Studebaker buildings located within the <br />Ignition Park boundaries -the Studebaker Engineering and Foundry buildings. <br />Exhibit A of the Master Agency Agreement gives the overview of the project scope and <br />anticipated budget for this project. <br />The winning bid for this project should be awarded in August, with demolition beginning in <br />September of this year. I'm sure Ann will have further updates for the Commission as more <br />unfolds in what will be a large demolition and remediation project. <br />Staff requests Commission and Board of Works approval for this proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
