The attached <br />proposal fi-om Hull & Associates includes soil sampling, analysis of analytical data from the soils <br />sampling and preparation of a report, and preparation of a Revised Remediation Work Plan for the <br />Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP #6020803 - Area A Soils). The professional services <br />described in Hull"s proposal have a not to exceed cost of $42,694. We are working closely v~~ith the <br />Indiana Deparhnent of Environmental Management to complete our participation in the Voluntary <br />Remediation Program and this soil sampling is necessary to be able to submit our Revised <br />Remediation Work Plan to them.
