The attached proposal from Hull & <br />Associates includes soil sampling (up to 103 samples), analysis of analytical data from the soils <br />sampling and preparation of a report, and preparation of a Revised Remediation Work Plan for the <br />Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP #6001202 - Area C Soils). The professional services <br />described in Hull's proposal have a not to exceed cost of $76,230. We are working closely with the <br />Indiana Department of Environmental Management to complete our participation in the Voluntary <br />Remediation Program and this soil sampling is necessary to be able to submit our Revised <br />Remediation Work Plan to them.
