Sample St <br />Wilson Shirt Factory Complex <br />Date: June 18, 2010 <br />The attached appraisals are the two low quotes for appraisals on 1008 W. Sample St, <br />commonly referred to as the old Wilson Shirt Factory complex, which was added to the <br />Airport Economic Development Area's acquisition list by on May 21, 2010 by confirming <br />Resolution No. 2668. <br />This complex sits on 3.35 acres with approximately 155,000 square feet in buildings. There <br />are a total of six large brick buildings; four are three stories tall and two are two stories tall. <br />The property has three parcels, which are very irregular in shape. <br />Because of the difficulty in appraising this property, the quotes by appraisers are higher <br />than the Commission's contract limits. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached two low appraisal quotes for this property, to allow <br />appraisals to be completed. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
