The property is located at the corner of Hawbaker and High <br />and was left on the recently amended acquisition list as there is value in the property for <br />future infrastructure improvements in the Erskine Plaza area. A map of the parcel is <br />attached. <br />The property was appraised by two independent residential appraisers. The appraised <br />value for the property is $32,000. The property consists of one unoccupied house and <br />property. Staff has had several conversations with the property owner about acquisition <br />and staff determined that to move the process along it was necessary to set the appraised <br />value through the standard resolution process. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 2691 to set the appraised acquisition price for this <br />property. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
