The original proposal was in the amount of $4,400. In <br />December, the contract was expanded by $3,500.00 and extended the contract to <br />$7,900.00 due to a large amount of problem descriptions and staff time required to clarify <br />the legal. <br />As part of the final process to get the legal description ready for inclusion in the Declaratory <br />Resolution 2657 (approved on March 5, 2010), an entire section of the legal needed to be <br />modified to make the direction callouts consistent with best practices. Additional related <br />changes also needed to be done to the associated maps. I had asked that the work be <br />done on a time and materials basis and then I would ask for a final closeout approval. <br />The total final amount necessary to complete the project is $3,815.75. Having met with the <br />firm on multiple occasions to clarify conflict issues, I believe that the final amount is <br />representative of the time spent on this project. Staff requests approval of the final closeout <br />amount of $3,815.75 for a total project amount of $11,715.75. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
